Roger Wheelock - I have always been interested in the practices and spirituality of indigenous people.  I became focused on shamanic practices in 2011.  I was looking for a way to allow my aging mother to make her transition with a minimum of pain, and free of fear and anger.  I was trained in the Four Winds Shamanic Path.  I completed a recapitulation (total life review) for my mother as she neared her death in 2014 and 2015, clearing her for a smooth transition.

Since then I have been refining and integrating various practicess and methods to allow each individual to live a more conscious life in harmony with all things.  Crystal grids for manifestation and healing are a powerful new technique for helping you to shift and evolve.
